Designed for couples who have already said “I do” but want an unforgettable place to celebrate afterward, we offer a one-of-a-kind reception experience surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks. From cocktails at the premium bar to dinner, dancing, and late-night celebration, the space was created for couples wanting an elevated atmosphere with scenic views, seamless indoor/outdoor flow, and plenty of room to gather with the people they love most. Overnight access to the luxury bridal house or honeymoon suite can also be added for an even more memorable experience.
Reception-only rentals are available for booking within 60 days of the event date, based on venue availability.

A stunning 15-foot custom bar with surrounding bartop seating designed to create the perfect gathering space throughout the evening.
Tables, Chairs, Linens + Full Setup
Full setup according to your approved floor plan, including tables, chairs, cocktail tables, bridal party tables, and ivory Lamour Satin linens.
Outdoor Entertainment Space
Open entertainment areas, yard games, scenic Ozark views, and a playground area for little ones attending the celebration.
Catering Prep Kitchen
Convenient prep space designed to keep catering service smooth and stress-free.

Convenient on-site parking allows guests easy access throughout the venue experience.
Guest & Bridal Party Restrooms
Three guest restrooms located within the reception space, along with a separate private bridal party restroom.
Post-event venue cleaning
We believe pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Instead of adding hidden cleaning fees later, we simply include our full post-event venue cleanup directly into our base pricing so couples know exactly what to expect from the beginning.

Overnight Access Package — Bridal House — $1,000
Includes private access throughout your reception and overnight access to the luxury bridal house featuring:

Overnight Access Package — Honeymoon Suite — $1,000
Includes private access throughout your reception and overnight access to the luxury log cabin honeymoon suite featuring:
• Private bedroom

• Kitchenette
• Large bathroom
Bottoms Up Beer Dispenser Experience — $350
Includes use of The Rink’s Bottoms Up beer dispenser system for self-provided keg service during your event.

• Alcohol service must comply with all applicable laws and licensed bartending requirements
In-House Décor Collection — $300
Access to The Rink’s curated décor collection featuring vases, pillars, ceremony décor, select florals, and styling pieces designed to complement the aesthetic of the venue.
Additional Information
Missouri sales tax will be added to all venue rentals. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned following the event pending no damages or violations of venue policies.
All event dates are officially secured once a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event reservation.
