Groom’s Quarters / Honeymoon Suite

A luxury log cabin located directly on the property featuring a bed, couch, large bathroom, and kitchenette area for relaxing, getting ready.

Premium Bar + Bartop Seating

A stunning 15-foot custom bar with surrounding bartop seating designed to create the perfect gathering space throughout the evening.

Outdoor Entertainment Space

Open entertainment areas, yard games, scenic Ozark views, and a playground area for little ones attending the celebration.

Catering Prep Kitchen

Convenient prep space designed to keep catering service smooth and stress-free.

Ample On-Site Parking

Convenient on-site parking allows guests easy access throughout the venue experience.

Guest & Bridal Party Restrooms

Three guest restrooms located within the reception space, along with a separate private bridal party restroom.

One-Night On-Site Stay

Couples may choose either the night before OR the night of their wedding for overnight accommodations on the property.

Bridal House Overnight Stay

Overnight access to the luxury bridal house featuring two master bedrooms, full kitchen, spacious living room, and luxury amenities.

Groom’s Quarters / Honeymoon Suite Overnight Stay

Stay directly on-site in the luxury log cabin featuring a bedroom, lounge area, kitchenette, and large bathroom.

Post-event venue cleaning

We believe pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Instead of adding hidden cleaning fees later, we simply include our full post-event venue cleanup directly into our base pricing so couples know exactly what to expect from the beginning.

Optional Add-Ons

Rehearsal Access Package — $300

Three-hour property access from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM for ceremony walkthroughs and rehearsal time.

Bottoms Up Beer Dispenser Experience — $350

Includes use of The Rink’s Bottoms Up beer dispenser system for self-provided keg service during your event.

• Alcohol service must comply with all applicable laws and licensed bartending requirements

In-House Décor Collection — $300

Access to The Rink’s curated décor collection featuring vases, pillars, ceremony décor, select florals, and styling pieces designed to complement the aesthetic of the venue.

Additional Information

Missouri sales tax will be added to all venue rentals. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned following the event pending no damages or violations of venue policies.

All event dates are officially secured once a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event reservation.
