Welcome Refreshments

Enjoy a curated selection of complimentary refreshments prepared prior to arrival to help you settle in and begin your Wedding Week Retreat experience. Selections may include bottled water, sparkling water, coffee, creamer, juices, and light snacks.

Post-Event Venue Cleaning

We believe pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Instead of adding hidden cleaning fees later, our full post-event venue cleanup is included directly in your package pricing so couples know exactly what to expect from the beginning.

Optional Add-Ons

Hospitality Refresh Service — $200

Includes a scheduled refresh of on-site accommodations during your Wedding Week Retreat experience to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment throughout your stay.

Bottoms Up Beer Dispenser Experience — $350

Includes use of The Rink’s Bottoms Up beer dispenser system for self-provided keg service during your event.

In-House Décor Collection — $300

Access to The Rink’s curated décor collection featuring vases, pillars, ceremony décor, select florals, and styling pieces designed to complement the aesthetic of the venue.

Additional Information

Missouri sales tax will be added to all venue rentals. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned following the event pending no damages or violations of venue policies.

All event dates are officially secured once a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event reservation.
