The reception space comfortably seats up to 250 guests. The Open-Air Cathedral ceremony space can accommodate approximately 250–300 guests depending on layout and ceremony setup.

Yes. The reception space is fully climate controlled for year-round comfort. The Open-Air Cathedral ceremony space is also fully covered and features large overhead fans to help guests remain comfortable while still enjoying the beauty of an outdoor ceremony experience.

Yes. The Rink offers ample on-site parking with convenient access between ceremony, reception, and lodging spaces throughout the property.

Yes. Sidewalks connect all major areas of the property to help create convenient access throughout the venue for guests utilizing wheelchairs, mobility assistance, or navigating the property in formal attire and heels.

Yes. Tables, chairs, cocktail tables, bridal party tables, and Ivory Lamour Satin linens are included along with full setup according to your approved floor plan.

Yes. Post-event venue cleaning is included within your package pricing to help create a smoother and more relaxed wedding experience.

Overnight accommodations are included with Wedding Stay and Wedding Retreat packages. Accommodations include both the Bridal House and Groom’s Quarters / Honeymoon Suite located directly on the property.

No. While The Rink does not provide in-house catering, couples are welcome to bring in the licensed caterer or food vendor of their choice. We also provide a list of recommended local caterers and food vendors familiar with the venue and surrounding area. The venue includes a catering prep kitchen to help keep food service smooth and convenient throughout the event.

No. Couples are responsible for supplying their own alcohol for the event. All alcohol service must comply with applicable laws and licensed bartending requirements. We also provide couples with a list of recommended local bartenders and alcohol service providers for those choosing to hire professional bartending services during their event.

No. While The Rink does not provide in-house DJ or entertainment services, couples are welcome to bring in the DJ, band, or entertainment vendor of their choice. We also provide a list of recommended local DJs and entertainment vendors familiar with the venue and surrounding area.

All amplified music, DJs, and live entertainment must conclude by 11:00 PM out of respect for the property and surrounding area. Overnight guests staying on the property may continue enjoying the retreat spaces afterward.
