Designed for everything from company parties and corporate gatherings to birthdays, reunions, showers, and private celebrations, The Rink offers a unique event space surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks. With scenic views, indoor/outdoor flow, a premium bar area, and flexible gathering spaces, the venue was created to host memorable events of all kinds in an elevated atmosphere.

Private events are offered as hourly rentals based on availability and may only be booked within 60 days of the event date.

A stunning 15-foot custom bar with surrounding bartop seating designed to create the perfect gathering space throughout the evening.

Post-event venue cleaning

We believe pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Instead of adding hidden cleaning fees later, we simply include our full post-event venue cleanup directly into our base pricing so people know exactly what to expect from the beginning.

Optional Add-Ons

Bottoms Up Beer Dispenser Experience — $350

Includes use of The Rink’s Bottoms Up beer dispenser system for self-provided keg service during your event.

Tables, Chairs, Linens + Full Setup — $500

Full setup according to your approved floor plan, including tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and ivory Lamour Satin linens.

Additional Information

Missouri sales tax will be added to all venue rentals. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned following the event pending no damages or violations of venue policies.

All event dates are officially secured once a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event reservation.
